Where can I get the Frieren Scarf?!

IMPORTANT! (Returns & Exchanges)
Because products are subject to availability, we do not typically accept general returns or sizing-related returns. Please pay close attention to the sizing charts for each product before you place your order and feel free to contact us at store@offlinetv.com with any questions or size exchange requests.
We will do our best to accommodate size exchanges but this is based on the availability on a case-by-case basis.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, but it's quite tricky to service every country. Some places have crazy high shipping prices and shipping times - we have done our best to work with postal carriers to obtain the best pricing. We have just been added to a new global program that should offer friendlier pricing. With this being said, always feel free to reach out if the shipping calculator at checkout seems like it's just wrong. It can definitely happen for some orders.
IMPORTANT: For the OTV | Frieren collection, direct shipping is only offered to North America. This is because our license to distribute our products is only approved in this region. However, send us an email, and we can manually help arrange a forwarding service if you'd still like to place an order.
Shipping & Processing
Once inventory is received, processing an order will take 1-3 business days. Please allow for 1-2 additional days of processing during the holidays.
US domestic shipping will take 2-4 business days and international shipping will take an estimated 7-10 business days.
Incorrect Order / Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us at store@offlinetv.com. Please note that once your order is shipped out, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email or text message within 24 hours of placing your order and a follow-up message with tracking information when your order ships. If you don’t see either of these, please check your spam inbox and feel free to reach out to store@offlinetv.com as needed.
If you haven’t received an email with tracking information yet, send us a message at store@offlinetv.com and we’ll do our best to make any requested changes.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please notify us of any changes to your shipping address or if the address is incorrect. Once your order is shipped out, we are unable to make changes and cannot provide a refund if your order is delivered to the wrong address.
How do pre-orders work?
Any items marked pre-order are made to order from the date that pre-orders are closed. There is a limited quantity for pre-order items.
Production typically takes 8-10 weeks. Pre-orders will ship as soon as we receive things from our partners. It's literally staff picking and packing every order, so we really appreciate your patience!

I purchased a non pre-order item with my pre-order item. When will I receive my order?
If you purchased any non pre-order items with your pre-order items, they will be shipped out together once both items are ready. This is to help you save on shipping costs. However, if you'd like them to ship separately, just send us an email and we can help you split them up into 2 separate orders with an additional shipping rate.
For regular in-stock orders, how long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Refund Policy
Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Damage/Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat, well-lit surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. In the case of print errors or visible quality issues, you’ll be given the option of a replacement or a full refund. All requests to get a refund/replacement for a damaged or faulty product must be made within 30 days of delivery.
How is pricing determined for the Frieren collection & products in general?
We pour a lot of care and detail into creating our premium collections, and we want to be transparent about how pricing works. Every piece starts with the cost of materials and the skilled factory labor that goes into constructing each garment. From there, we have licensor royalties, which allow us to bring unique and meaningful designs to life. A portion also goes to our licensing agents, who help us secure these opportunities. Finally, there’s the cost of running the operation—paying our team to build the website, provide customer service, and ensure each launch runs smoothly.
Our goal is to bring you high-quality, thoughtfully crafted apparel while balancing the costs of making it happen. Thank you for supporting not just the products, but the people and processes behind them.
How does sizing work?
Every product has a custom size chart - head over to the product page and look for the sizing guide tab under the description.
I don't see my size / I'm not sure what my size is.
We typically offer a 5-6 size range with specifications on the product page. If your size is not included or represented, or if you aren't sure what size you should get, please reach out and our team can always help make a recommendation.
If everything is sold out, what do I do?
Feel free to send an email to store@offlinetv.com if you're unsure if something is still available or not. However, most of our Patreon items will only be available for purchase for a certain period of time. Be sure to get familiar with when you can get certain releases.
